  Who Are We ?

National Center for Faculty and Leadership Development (NCFLD) is a non-profitable Organization that is an affiliate of Ministry of Higher Education in Egypt. Since 2007, NCFLD has become the Middle East and North Africa headquarters of the International Board of Certified Trainer (IBCT). NCFLD conducts several activities related to HRD, including, Train faculty members on professional development programs,  internationally certify trainers (via a world-class multi-level TOT program) and internationally certify training centers and materials.

Mission

NCFLD Mission is to promote HRD concepts and practices, particularly training, in Egypt and the MENA area, especially in higher education institutions, via securing the international standards in this regard; so as to provide highly qualified human resources who are able to actively contribute to the achievement of comprehensive and sustainable development.
