National Center for Faculty and Leadership Development (NCFLD) is a non-profitable Organization that is an affiliate of Ministry of Higher Education in Egypt. Since 2007, NCFLD has become the Middle East and North Africa headquarters of the International Board of Certified Trainer (IBCT). NCFLD conducts several activities related to HRD, including, Train faculty members on professional development programs, internationally certify trainers (via a world-class multi-level TOT program) and internationally certify training centers and materials.
The NCFLD vision is to become a leading center of excellence and a key benchmark in the field of human resources development.

NCFLD Mission is to promote HRD concepts and practices, particularly training, in Egypt and the MENA area, especially in higher education institutions, via securing the international standards in this regard; so as to provide highly qualified human resources who are able to actively contribute to the achievement of comprehensive and sustainable development.
Increase the awareness of faculty members about the importance of technical and professional training as the other wing of successful education.
Develop higher education institutions’ capacity of professional training to enhance their human resources performance.
Increase professional and institutional efficiency of human resources at the Egyptian higher education institutions
Develop soft skills of faculty members and their assistants as a necessity for continuance self-development.
Encourage the use of Technology in Teaching, Research, and academic leadership.
Supervise and coach the application of creativity and innovation in the field of Education and Leadership.
Prepare the young future generations at their carrier start stage.
Secure the international standards in training of trainers programs, training packages and training environment across the MENA area.
