1 - What are TOT Courses provided by NCFLD?
NCFLD provides 3 TOT Courses:
- Preparatory Level (5 days)
- Specialized Course (6 days)
- Supplementary Level (9 days)
- Certified Trainer (3 months)
Considering that the special program. Course can substitute the Supp Course if the participant applies for and passes the Supp. TOT2 Exam.

3 - How can I be a specialized trainer in a specific training area?
You can be a specialized Trainer in a specific training area by passing TOT1 (Prep) and then join the Specialized TOT Course by selecting one of the Four Competencies (training areas).

5 - What are the components of these four competencies?
Each Competency includes 4 Training Programs. Click Areas of Training on NCFLD website and download the Training Manual which includes an outline of each Training Program: its objectives, duration, Target groups and contents.

6 - What are the requirements of joining CT Program?
- You should pass TOT1(Prep) & TOT2(Supp).
- Your English Level should be Very Good.
- Your age should be less than 55 years.
- To fill in an Intake Portfolio.
- To pass a selection interview by conducting a presentation which is seen and assessed by one of the IBCT board director.

8 - Where TOT training sessions are held?
TOT programs mainly held at the NCFLD and could be held on the customer site after the approval of the NCFLD for the training room facilities.

NCFLD charges $12000 for the certification of one training center.

NCFLD Professional HR services are not limited only to Higher Education Institutions. Our services are provided for all other Egyptian, Arab and African Organizations (Governmental agencies, Business Organizations, and NGOs).

13 - How Training Centers are certified?
A Training Center can be certified through the following steps:
- The Requesting Institution(RI) applies showing its interest in certifying its Training Centers .
- NCFLD provides the RI with a check list showing the certification requirements.
- The Training Center of the RI starts working on the check list. Having completed the Certification requirements by the training center, the RI informs NCFLD that the Center is ready for certification.
- NCFLD experts pay a site visit for the training center to check and write a report about the availability of the certification requirements and express their comments.
- Having completed the comments of NCFLD experts and reviewers become satisfied, NCFLD issues an accreditation certificate after paying the certification fees.

14 - What if I attended an interview to join one of the TOT programs and I didn’t receive any official response from the NCFLD?
According to the IBCT policy, our expert interviewers usually select the top 16 participants, based on their scores, to attend a certain workshop. So, for those who didn’t get an official notification to join a certain TOT workshop, it simply means that they are not from the top 16 participants. It’s important to realize that any interview is not a pass/fail exam, so no results to be announced.

The NCFLD applies the IBCT criteria that assess the following main items:
- Applicant’s Motivation
- Applicant’s Teamwork experience
- Applicant’s Coping Abilities
- Applicant’s Positive attitudes
- Applicant’s personality traits that required for professional Trainers
