Rules for regulating the execution of
The NCFLD TOT programs
First: TOT preparatory Program
- You should pass the admission Interview to Join the Program.

The Grading system is:
- 20% for motivation, positive attitude, behavior, and active participation within the face-to-face
training
- 40% for final written exam which is corrected centrally and
available for any trainee whom want to see it.
- 40% for the micro-training sessions.
- Participants are not allowed to be late from the start of the training session more than 5 minutes, the entire program will be canceled, according to the rules of the International Board of Certified trainers (IBCT).
- The trainee should get at least 50% in both the final exam &
presentation.
- The average of all the evaluators is then calculated and approximating
the decimal for the trainee’s advantage.
- All the results are the reviewed and assured by a group of trainers who
attend the workshop + one of the NCFLD experts (CTs) + the director
assistant, then they present the final results to the NCFLD director to
accredit & authorize it.
- This is in addition to the main condition for attending the exam in all the levels, which is the 100% full attendance of all the sessions that are related to the training.

Second: TOT supplementary Program
Evaluating this level is based on the evaluation rules of the IBCT (International Board of Certified Trainer) as follows:
- You should pass the admission Interview to Join the Program.
- The grading system is same as above.
- A report that will be written by trainers about all the participants describing their motivation, attitudes, behavior with the colleagues during the workshop, and other personal qualities. These remarks (observations) is taken into consideration if it is objective - according to the rules of the IBCT- and totally approved by all the trainers, especially that not less 5 trainers are participating in this workshop through its varied phases.
- This is in addition to the main condition for attending the exam in all the levels, which is the 100% full attendance of all the sessions that are related to the training.
Third: Certified Trainer Program (CT)
- You should pass the Start Intake and Portfolio Interview to Join the Program.
- This level has an evaluation form “scorecard” including the marks distribution for the three phases of the program which takes more than three months. This scorecard is developed by the IBCT.
- The participants scorecards will be evaluated by CTs only, the results will not be announced before its certification by the IBCT
- These results will be discussed by an examination committee in details with each trainee -whether- he/she passes or not
- This is in addition to the main condition for attending the exam in all the levels, which is the 100% full attendance of all the sessions that are related to the training.
These are the rules of evaluating the TOT 1, TOT 2, and the CT, and they all are documented by the NCFLD.
