This evaluation system is especially designed for all training programs that are being held at the Faculty and Leadership Development Centers (FLDCs) at all the Governmental universities. The main objective out of collecting such feedback is to keep us (the NCFLD) acquainted and updated with all problems and drawbacks that you might encounter. This will greatly help us in solving such problems, and most important, enhancing and developing the entire training process at all the Egyptian universities. Our ultimate goal is to eventually satisfy you as the end beneficiary of this capacity building system.
