National Center for Faculty and leadership Development (NCFLD) is a non-profitable Organization that is an affiliate of the Egyptian Supreme Council of Universities, Ministry of Higher Education. Since 2007, NCFLD has become the Middle East and North Africa headquarters of the International Board of Certified trainer (IBCT).

The NCFLD vision is to become a leading center of excellence and a key benchmark in the field of human resources development.

Our Mission
NCFLD Mission is to promote HRD concepts and practices, particularly training, in Egypt and the MENA area, especially in higher education institutions, via securing the international standards in this regard; so as to provide highly qualified human resources who are able to actively contribute to the achievement of comprehensive and sustainable development.

Our Objectives
- Increase awareness of the importance of technical and professional training as the
other wing of education for integrated qualification of Human resources.
- Develop HE institutions capacity of professional training to enhance performance.
- Increase professional and institutional efficiency of human resources .
- Develop soft skills of faculty members and their assistants as a necessity for self
development.
- Encourage the use of Technology in Teaching, Research, and Management, and train
concerned individuals.
- Supervise and coach the application of creative skills in the field of Education, Management and Leadership.
- Prepare the young future generations at their carrier start stage.
- Secure the international standards in training of trainers programs, training packages and training environment across the MENA area.
